These Terms of Service govern your use of Money Control Command Center, including the public website, authenticated product areas, and paid plan features. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
Money Control Command Center is a web-based money management product built to help users review income, bills, spending, debt, savings, reports, and safe-to-spend guidance.
Accounts
Some product features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.
Billing and Paid Plans
Free, Pro, and Business access may be offered through the service. In the iOS app, new subscription purchases and restores are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Plan access, subscription status, and renewal handling depend on the active subscription tied to your account.

Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the product, attempt unauthorized access, abuse payment systems, or harm other users or the service itself.
Third-Party Services
Money Control Command Center relies on third-party infrastructure and providers, including hosting, authentication, and billing services. Availability or performance of those providers may affect parts of the service.
Availability and Changes
The service may evolve over time. Features, plans, pricing, and product behavior may change as the product improves, provided those changes are handled through the product and related billing systems.
Disclaimers
Money Control Command Center is an informational software product and does not provide legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Users remain responsible for their own financial decisions and record accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Money Control Command Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service or inability to use the service.
