FAQ

What is a Spreadsheet Chaos Score?

It is a rough diagnostic that scores common budget spreadsheet habits, like manual totals, blank dates, mystery categories, broken formulas, and copy/paste fatigue. It is for fun and may help you spot cleanup opportunities.

Does this upload my spreadsheet?

No. This version does not upload or read your spreadsheet. It only scores your answers.

Is this financial advice?

No. This is not financial advice. It is a light, educational diagnostic for spotting spreadsheet workflow friction.

How is the score calculated?

Each yes answer adds weighted points based on how much chaos that habit may create. The result is capped at 100 and grouped into Spreadsheet Zen, Mild Spreadsheet Clutter, Spreadsheet Warning Zone, or Full Spreadsheet Chaos.

What should I do if my score is high?

Start by fixing dates, categories, duplicate totals, and broken formulas. If you are ready to stop rebuilding the month by hand, Money Command Pro includes XLS upload/import workflows.
